 This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which 3point Ltd collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the website (including any subdomains) and the users of the services provided on or through such website (website and services both the “Site”).

Pointscene collects two types of information from our Users: (i) User Data; and (ii) Technical Data. Although Technical Data is usually non-personally identifiable information, you can sometimes be recognized from it. In such situations, Technical Data can also be considered personal data under applicable laws.

“User Data” is information that identifies a specific User. We may collect User Data from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the Site, register on the Site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, inter alia, their name, email address, mailing address and phone number, as appropriate for the purposes of this Privacy Policy. 3point Ltd may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:

Children’s privacy

We never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
